Started the morning going to the Crazy Horse monument - which in itself is crazy. They started this thing in 1948 and its still not done. The guy and his family wouldn't take any money from the Federal Government to finish it - so its still a work in progress.
Then we went to Mount Rushmore and did the audio tour - which is definitely worth it. The weather was HOT - 90+ and very sunny. We all were spent - really tired, so we were there for 4 hours and then called it a day. Now we're doing laundry and getting ready for an early start tomorrow as we have about 600 miles until we reach Yellowstone. We're hoping to go to Devils Tower on the way and then through Wyoming. Should be fun and I'm really looking forward to Yellowstone - its going to be my favorite part I think.
